Q: How do I use a promotion code?
A: If you have a promotion code, there will be a field to enter it during check out.

A: We ship worldwide!
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.
However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see
before confirming your order.
Q: After I pay, how long does it take before you ship my item?
A: We usually ship within 1 business day, or sooner.
Q: Can you assure me my items will arrive on Day X?
A:
Once we drop your package off to USPS we no longer have control over
when an item actually gets delivered to its final destination. If your
purchase is time-sensitive, please purchase the appropriate shipping
method.
Q: Do you have international shipping experience?
A: Roadtrip Fitted Luggage has shipped thousands of orders, a significant portion overseas. We have never lost a package yet!
Q: What is your policy regarding international shipping?
A:
We strictly follow international transaction and shipping rules to
ensure that the buyer is is always protected by shipping insurance and
Paypal policy. These include:
- Declaring
the full selling price of items on customs forms. The declaration of
correct price protects the customer as your items are insured based on
this amount We will not declare items as "gifts". Depending on the
destination country, buyers are responsible for paying any applicable
customs duties
- We cannot ship your
package to countries other than what is listed on your Paypal or credit
card account. For example, if you have a UK Paypal account we can only
ship your package to the UK. This policy is meant to protect buyers from
ID theft.
