Inception
of an Idea
I have
always been enthralled by the call of the road.
When I did my first roadtrip from Los Angeles to New York City on my
then brand-new roadster, my companion on the road was a rollaboard
suitcase
sitting on the passenger's seat. The sights and vastness and majesty of
the American open road could not be described by words and the only
thing further I could have asked for during this adventure was
space for a human companion for my journey by my side instead of a
large bag. Although this was an experience that I would not have traded
for anything else, I realized that this could have gone even better
with the proper equipment.
From there arose the idea of a company that would fulfill those exact
needs.

Roadtrip Fitted Luggage
We started
off as a small garage outfit that originally
served the hard-core roadster
enthusiast community, who were surprisingly enthusiastic about our
offerings. As we slowly built our expertise and reputation in those
circles, we discovered a
larger and wider audience for our products - the general roadster
community. From there we have modernized and expanded our operations
but
are still singularly committed to the development and constant
improvement of our products.

Fitted Luggage HQ is located on pictureque Main Street, New Rochelle,
NY - on a
lovingly restored section of the city that exudes that hometown feel
and personality. We believe that this small-town atmoshpere is
condusive to the development of products for that bygone but still most
American of pastimes - the roadtrip.
