• Manufacturing Defects (30 days): We will resend a replacement for items that are defective due to materials or workmanship at no cost to the buyer. Although Roadtrip Fitted Luggage products are made under our exacting manufacturing standards from the finest materials available, our products are not indestructible. Our warranty does not cover damages that result from misuse or abuse of the product (including damage caused by airlines or other carriers), nor does it cover normal wear and tear or ordinary cosmetic damages (such as abrasion, scratches or fading). The warranty also does not cover incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to, or loss of, the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses.
  

• Buyers Remorse (30 days): If you are for any reason dissatisfied with your purchase, simply contact us via email to arrange for a return and a full refund of your purchase price, excluding all shipping costs. We will send a refund to your credit card or Paypal account as soon as we receive your return.
