- Manufacturing Defects (30 days): We will resend a replacement for items that are defective due to materials or workmanship at no cost to the buyer. Although Roadtrip Fitted Luggage products are made under our exacting manufacturing standards from the finest materials available, our products are not indestructible. Our warranty does not cover damages that result from misuse or abuse of the product (including damage caused by airlines or other carriers), nor does it cover normal wear and tear or ordinary cosmetic damages (such as abrasion, scratches or fading). The warranty also does not cover incidental or consequential damages, such as damage to, or loss of, the contents of a bag, loss of use, loss of time, or similar expenses.
- Buyers Remorse (30 days): If you are for any reason dissatisfied with your purchase, simply contact us via email to arrange for a return and a full refund of your purchase price, excluding all shipping costs. We will send a refund to your credit card or Paypal account as soon as we receive your return.
- Lifetime Product Support: Since our products are custom made and are produced in extremely low volumes, ongoing support is essential. For well-worn products in need of service, we will repair your product for a minimal processing fee (about $25, depending upon item). Repairs are usually completed within 2 weeks of receipt of item. We may not be able to repair or replace discontinued items, but will suggest alternative options.
- Procedure for Returns or Repairs: Please contact us before sending back any item to receive an Return Authorization Number. Returned items without a Return Authorization Number will not be processed nor returned to the sender. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs. Any items returned or sent in for repair will require proof-of-purchase such as original receipt or invoice.
