Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: How do I use a promotion code?
A: If you have a promotion code, there will be a field to enter it during check out.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: After I pay, how long does it take before you ship my item?
A: We usually ship within 1 business day.
Q: Can you assure me my items will arrive on Day X?
A: Most shipping services are not date-certain. If your purchase is time-sensitive, please purchase the appropriate shipping method and allow for possible shipping delays.
Q: Do you have international shipping experience?
A: We ship overseas all the time!
